Summary
This study tests a drug called selinexor combined with other standard treatments for multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer. It includes 300 patients whose cancer has come back or is hard to treat, as well as some newly diagnosed patients. The goal is to find the best doses and see how well these combinations control the disease.
