Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new drug called selinexor alongside standard radiation and chemotherapy for people with newly diagnosed glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer. The main goal is to find the highest safe dose of selinexor that can be given with these treatments. About 11 adults with untreated brain cancer will take selinexor pills once a week during radiation and chemo, and be monitored for side effects and tumor response.
