Summary

This study is testing a new self-management program designed to help people recently diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis. 130 participants in Denmark will be randomly assigned to receive either the new program plus usual care, or usual care alone. The program involves sessions with a nurse to teach skills for managing pain, fatigue, and daily life with arthritis, with the goal of improving quality of life.
