New program aims to empower arthritis patients from day one

Summary
This study tests a nurse-led self-management program for 130 adults recently diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis (like rheumatoid arthritis or psoriatic arthritis). Participants will either get the program plus usual care or usual care alone. The goal is to see if the program helps them learn skills to manage their condition better and improve their quality of life over 12 months.
