This study tested whether a self-hypnosis smartphone app could improve attention and reduce anxiety in 49 children aged 7-12 with ADHD who were already taking medication. Children used the app for 6 weeks alongside their usual treatment. The goal was to see if the app provided extra benefits for focus and anxiety symptoms.
