Summary
This study tested an internet-based self-help mental fitness training camp for pregnant women. Over 1,600 women in early, mid, and late pregnancy participated. The program aimed to reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety during pregnancy and up to 42 days after giving birth. Researchers compared the mental health scores of women who used the program with those who did not.
