Summary
This study compares two talking therapies—COMET and CBT—to see which one better improves low self-esteem in people with various mental health conditions. About 70 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the therapies and assessed before, after, and 6 months later. The goal is to find out which approach works best and whether changes in self-esteem also help with anxiety, depression, and overall mental health.
