First seen Mar 24, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study looks at how self-compassion (being kind to yourself) and self-efficacy (believing you can manage your health) are linked to Parkinson's symptoms, daily function, and quality of life. Researchers will measure these traits in 100 adults with mild-to-moderate Parkinson's using surveys and physical tests. The goal is to understand if these mental factors might help people cope better with the disease.
