First seen Mar 24, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looks at how self-compassion (being kind to yourself) and self-efficacy (believing you can manage your health) are linked to symptom severity, daily function, and quality of life in people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers will survey 100 adults aged 40-85 with mild to moderate Parkinson's. The goal is to understand these mental factors better, not to test a treatment.
