Summary
This study looks at how self-compassion and self-efficacy (belief in your own abilities) relate to body awareness, pain, and healthy lifestyle habits in adults aged 65 and older. Researchers will ask 150 older adults to fill out online questionnaires. The goal is to better understand the psychological factors that support physical health and well-being in later life.
