First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests whether teaching older adults with knee osteoarthritis to press on specific body points (acupressure) on their own can reduce pain and improve movement. About 368 people aged 60+ from Hong Kong community centers will take part. The goal is to see if this simple, drug-free method works in real life and can be used widely.
