New hope for kids with rare, deadly lung disease

Summary
This study is testing the safety and correct dosing of a drug called selexipag in children with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a serious condition affecting blood vessels in the lungs. The goal is to find the right dose for children aged 2 to 18 years old, based on what works for adults. About 60 children will take the drug for at least 12 weeks while doctors monitor how their bodies process it and watch for side effects.
