New hope for kids with rare lung disease

Summary

This study aims to find the right dose of the medication selexipag for children with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a serious lung and heart condition. It will test the drug's safety and how it moves through the body in about 60 children aged 2 to 18. The goal is to control the disease by helping children tolerate the medication at a dose that works for them.
