Summary

This study looks at a surgery called selective laryngeal reinnervation for people whose vocal cords are paralyzed on both sides. The goal is to improve breathing by reconnecting nerves in the voice box. Researchers will track 15 adults aged 18 to 70 who have had no improvement for at least 6 months. They will measure breathing symptoms and lung function before and after surgery.
