First human tests for new Anti-Clotting drug

NCT ID NCT07133191

Summary

This early-stage study tested a single dose of an experimental drug called selatogrel in healthy volunteers. The main goal was to understand how the drug is absorbed and broken down by the body and to check its safety. The study involved 32 healthy participants, split evenly between Japanese and Caucasian volunteers, to see if there were any differences in how their bodies handled the drug.
