Summary

This study tests a digital program called SEL4@ll that uses a serious game and classroom activities to help European teens aged 10-16 build social-emotional skills like empathy and decision-making. About 500 students will play the game and complete surveys to see if it improves their well-being and inclusion at school. The goal is to see if this approach works better than standard school activities.

What this could lead to
If successful, this could provide schools with an effective digital tool to enhance students' social-emotional skills and well-being.
What could go wrong
This is an early-stage study with no health outcomes, only survey-based measures. Results may not generalize across different school settings or cultures.

Phase

Not a phased trial

Phase numbers describe drug development. The registry uses this when they do not apply, as it does for trials of devices, procedures or behaviour changes, and for observational studies.

Participants

About 500 people

The number the study aims to enrol. It can still change while the study runs.
