Summary
This study tested a computer system called Nelli that uses video cameras and machine learning to automatically spot seizures. 33 people with epilepsy were monitored in a hospital unit. The goal was to see how well the AI could detect seizures compared to the standard brain-wave test (EEG). The system is already approved in Europe for this use.
