First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tested whether a device called Seismofit can accurately measure a person's peak oxygen use (VO2 Max) while they rest, compared to the standard exercise test on a bike. Thirty healthy adults took part. The goal was to see if the Seismofit could replace the need for strenuous exercise testing.
