Summary
This study tested a 50% nitrous oxide and 50% oxygen gas mix (Kalinox) to help patients relax during dental treatments. It included 549 people, such as anxious or phobic patients, young children, and those with mental disabilities, across 36 dental centers in France. The goal was to see if the gas made dental care easier and less painful.
