Summary
This study looked at 260 people having emergency stroke treatment to see if being awake with sedation or fully asleep under general anesthesia leads to better recovery. The goal was to find out which approach reduces disability and improves quality of life three months after the procedure. Results help doctors choose the safest method for each patient.
