Summary
This study tested a drug called remimazolam tosilate to sedate ICU patients who need a breathing machine for three days or more. The goal was to see if the drug keeps patients at the right level of calm without needing extra sedatives. Twenty-four adults took part in this early-phase trial across multiple hospitals.
