Summary
This study tested two drugs, secukinumab and ustekinumab, in 119 adults with active psoriatic arthritis who had not responded to or could not tolerate TNFα-inhibitor treatments. The goal was to see which drug better improves physical function and skin symptoms over 28 weeks. Participants received injections of one of the two medications, and researchers measured changes in disability scores and psoriasis severity.
