New hope for advanced colon cancer: which drug combo works best?

Summary

This study tests two different chemotherapy combinations for people with metastatic colorectal cancer that has spread and needs a second treatment. About 280 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either FOLFIRI or irinotecan, with or without bevacizumab. The goal is to see which approach helps patients live longer without the cancer growing.
