Summary
This study checks whether a specially trained nurse can effectively screen for neurodevelopmental disorders (like learning or behavior problems) in children aged 1 to 5 who have congenital heart disease. About 270 children will be screened using simple questionnaires, and those flagged will get a full evaluation by a neuropsychologist. The goal is to see if this nurse-led approach is practical and accurate, potentially making early detection easier and more accessible.
