Summary
This study looks for early signs of artery hardening in people with both type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease. Using a safe neck ultrasound, researchers will check how common these hidden changes are and how they relate to kidney function and blood sugar. The goal is to help doctors catch heart and stroke risks earlier in this high-risk group.
