Summary
This study looked at whether two simple checklists—the Neuropathy Disability Score and Neuropathy Symptom Score—can accurately detect nerve damage in people with diabetes. Researchers tested 228 adults and compared the results to standard nerve tests. The goal is to provide an easy, low-cost way to catch nerve problems early and prevent foot ulcers and disability.
