Summary
This study tested two easy-to-use checklists (NDS and NSS) to see if they can accurately detect nerve damage in people with diabetes. 228 adults with diabetes were evaluated using these tools and compared to standard nerve tests. The goal is to provide a simple, accessible way for doctors to catch nerve problems early and prevent serious foot complications.
