Summary
This study checks if a questionnaire called SCREEN can correctly identify older adults (55+) who are at risk of malnutrition, especially those with mild memory loss or dementia. Researchers will compare SCREEN results to a dietitian's expert assessment in 326 seniors living at home or in retirement homes. The goal is to make sure the tool works well for people with cognitive challenges, so caregivers and doctors can catch nutrition problems early.
