First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 34 times
Summary
This study compares two physical therapy techniques—SNAG (a type of spinal glide) and sciatic nerve mobilization exercises—to see which one provides better short-term relief for sciatica pain. About 30 adults with long-lasting sciatica will try both treatments in a crossover design. The goal is to find which approach improves pain, movement, and daily function.
