First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This study compares two hands-on techniques—a gentle spinal glide and a nerve-stretching exercise—to see which provides faster relief for sciatica pain. About 30 adults with long-lasting leg and back pain will try both methods in a crossover design. The goal is to find which approach better improves daily function and movement.
