Summary
This study looks at whether adding Kinesio Taping to Schroth therapy helps reduce back pain and improve daily function in young adults (ages 18-30) with mild idiopathic scoliosis. Participants will be split into three groups: one getting Schroth therapy plus real Kinesio Taping, one getting Schroth therapy alone, and one getting Schroth therapy with a sham (fake) taping. The treatment lasts 4 weeks, and researchers will check pain and disability levels at several points to see which approach works best.
