First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a special 3D exercise program (the Schroth method) can help teenagers aged 12-18 with hyperkyphosis (excessive rounding of the upper back). The goal is to see if these exercises improve back muscle endurance, reduce pain, enhance sleep quality, and boost overall quality of life. About 60 teens will participate, and the results will be measured using standard tests and questionnaires.
