New exercise approach targets rounded back and neck pain

Summary
This study tests a Schroth-based 3D exercise program for adults aged 20-50 with postural hyperkyphosis (rounded upper back) and chronic neck pain. Over 52 participants will be randomly assigned to either the exercise program or a control group. Researchers will measure changes in spine curvature, muscle strength, balance, pain, and quality of life to see if this approach offers meaningful relief.
