Summary

This study tests a Schroth-based three-dimensional exercise program for adults aged 20-50 with postural hyperkyphosis (excessive rounding of the upper back) and chronic neck pain. The goal is to see if these exercises can improve posture, muscle strength, balance, pain, and quality of life. Participants will be randomly assigned to the exercise program or a control group, and researchers will measure changes in their kyphosis angle and other health outcomes.
