Summary
This study tested a 6-week school program designed to help teens reduce unhealthy technology habits and increase physical activity. 200 students aged 14-15 participated, with half receiving the program and half serving as a comparison group. The program included education, guided physical activity, and parent support, and its positive effects on reducing tech use and increasing activity were still noticeable 6 months later.
