Six-Week school program cuts teen tech addiction, boosts activity for months
NCT ID NCT07265219
Summary
This study tested a 6-week school program designed to help teens build healthier technology habits and be more physically active. 200 students aged 14-15 from 10 schools in Turkey either took part in the program or continued with their usual routine. The program included education sessions, guided physical activities, and involved parents. Teens in the program showed less problematic technology use and more physical activity, and these positive changes lasted for at least 6 months.
