Summary
This study looked at whether a school-based football program called '11 for Health' could improve heart health, physical fitness, health knowledge, and well-being in 8-14-year-old children in Pakistan. 254 fifth and sixth graders took part, with some doing the program for 11 weeks, some for 5 weeks, and a control group. Researchers measured things like blood pressure, jumping ability, and health knowledge before and after the program to see if it made a difference.
