Summary

This study tests a device called the Selective Cytopheretic Device (SCD) in 10 ICU patients with acute kidney injury and hepatorenal syndrome. The device filters certain white blood cells from the blood for 7 days to see if it improves kidney function and blood circulation. The main goal is to check safety, including side effects and device problems.
