Summary
This study tested whether a specially designed scarf helps parents of healthy full-term newborns spend more time doing skin-to-skin contact (kangaroo care) compared to usual hospital practice. About 143 mothers were included. The main goal was to measure the average daily skin-to-skin time during the hospital stay.
