Could strengthening your shoulder blades ease your tennis elbow pain?
NCT ID NCT07331337
Summary
This study tested whether adding specific shoulder blade strengthening exercises to standard physical therapy could better reduce pain and improve grip strength in people with chronic tennis elbow. Thirty participants were split into two groups: one received standard therapy alone, and the other received standard therapy plus the shoulder exercises. Researchers measured changes in pain, grip strength, and daily function to see which approach worked better.
