Could strengthening your shoulder blades ease your tennis elbow pain?

NCT ID NCT07331337

Summary

This study tested whether adding specific shoulder blade strengthening exercises to standard physical therapy works better than standard therapy alone for people with long-term tennis elbow. Thirty participants with chronic elbow pain were split into two groups to compare the two approaches. Researchers measured changes in pain levels, grip strength, and how well people could use their arm for daily activities.
