Summary

This study tests whether combining scapular (shoulder blade) strengthening with core stabilization exercises can reduce neck pain in telephone operators who sit for long hours. Ninety adults aged 20-60 with mild neck disability will be assigned to this exercise program. The goal is to see if it improves pain, posture, and function compared to usual care.
