Inclusion Criteria: * Enrolled in the DPP program conducted by First Mile * Body Mass Index (BMI) ≥ 18 * fasting glucose of 100-126 milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL) and/or Hemoglobin A1C (HbA1C) 5.4%-6.5% Exclusion Criteria: * Withdrawal from the DPP program * Participant opts to not specifically participate in the SCAN program
