Summary
This study tests whether giving a short course of focused radiation (SBRT) along with chemotherapy and immunotherapy before surgery can help people with advanced mouth or throat cancer live longer without the cancer coming back. About 184 adults aged 18 to 75 with untreated, advanced cancer will take part. The goal is to see if this combination improves outcomes compared to standard treatment.
