Summary
This study looks at whether adding a precise type of radiation (SBRT) to standard maintenance therapy can help people with advanced pancreatic cancer live longer. It involves 24 adults whose cancer has not spread further after initial chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the combination improves overall survival compared to maintenance therapy alone.
