First seen Feb 20, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests whether adding focused radiation (SBRT) to a standard immunotherapy combination (atezolizumab and bevacizumab) is safe and tolerable for people with advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. About 18 participants will receive repeated doses of radiation along with the drugs. The main goal is to find the best dose and see how well the body handles the treatment.
