New hope for advanced cancers? early trial of SBO-154 begins

Summary
This early-phase study tests an experimental drug called SBO-154 in about 177 adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to or cannot tolerate standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and find the right dose, while also looking for any signs that it might shrink or control the cancer. Participants will receive multiple doses and be closely monitored for side effects and tumor response.
