First seen May 03, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This pilot study looks at whether it is safe and feasible to skip surgery in patients with stage II-III non-small cell lung cancer who have a complete response to chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Fourteen participants will be randomly assigned to either observation or standard surgery. The goal is to see if careful monitoring can be an option for those who respond very well, without compromising outcomes.
