First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study tests a new all-oral combination of three drugs (SNDX-5613, decitabine/cedazuridine, and venetoclax) for people with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or related leukemia. The goal is to find the best dose and see if it helps control the disease. It is for newly diagnosed patients who cannot have strong chemo, or those whose leukemia has returned or not responded to treatment.
