New combo attack on sarcoma aims to delay return of cancer

Summary

This study is for adults with high-risk soft tissue sarcoma that can be removed by surgery. It tests whether adding an immunotherapy drug (atezolizumab) to standard chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery can delay the cancer from coming back. About 50 participants will receive the combination and be monitored for side effects and relapse.
